Making Custom Clothing: How It’s Made
Over the years, our product line has increased to include everything from headwear to outerwear, and teamwear to workwear. Our working relationships with our factories has allowed Cobrapparel to become a supplier of fully custom uniforms and gear with a wide range of materials. From fully cotton to blends, or synthetic to cellulosic, it all depends on your needs and where you’ll be sporting your threads. In any event, our experience with a range of industry and lifestyles give us a deep understanding of what material to use where. Once we know what cut and material you’d like, we have a few different methods for branding custom clothing such as screen printing, embroidery and sublimation printing. Each have their benefits and uses for different applications.
- Screen printing is great for small quantities with vibrant and accurate colours.
- Embroidery is ideal for less detailed logos that create an impressive embossed effect and securely sewn into place.
- And finally, sublimation printing is extremely fade and wear resistant, perfect if you’re looking to print onto mesh material used a lot in our sportswear.
