What information should I supply in my request to quote?
Provide the details on the from plus:
The apparel style (t-shirt, polo, hoodie, etc)
Amount you would like to order of each item.
Any logos and branding guidelines supplied via email or cloud storage link (Dropbox, Google Drive)
Examples of previous or current apparel you would like to update.
Your vision, wants, and needs for your new apparel.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to organise a consultation if needed and organise a quote and lead time for you.
Please note that we do have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) that will vary from garment to garment to provide cost efficient prices and fast turn around periods.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes, but it must be in a vector format (EPS, AI, PDF) and need to be carefully checked by our team before printing to avoid any issues with quality. If your logo is in JPEG, PNG, or any other photo format we can charge a fee to translate it into a vector format.

Don’t have a logo yet? No worries. Our team of designers can work with you to nail down the perfect brand identity and logo for you for a design charge.

What are the sizing requirements?
We have various sizing charts for our different cuts. We can send you our charts with your first consultation, but most of our sizes reflect typical Australian sizing charts.
Can you get standard colours & patterns across genders?
Yes we can do the same patterns and designs for men and women.
Patterns and colours listed as “unisex” are ones we attempt to offer across both genders unless otherwise requested. We will advise you on request if there is a possibility of cross gender design issues. Also please bear in mind that some products such as tracksuits may not always look as expected due to the stitching required, such as panels coming together which perhaps wouldn’t normally come together.
What is your turnaround time?
From design to delivery, the turnaround time is roughly 6 weeks. This can vary depending on design changes and iterations.
We have been impacted by the current COVID and global supply chain issues that are effecting many businesses. We endeavour to provide accurate timelines of when your order will arrive and will keep you updated if there are any changes.
Do you have a design service that can help with ideas?
Of course, we offer a full design service as well as all the other services that we promote.
Give us details on your budget and what you’re looking for and we’ll be sure to put together some designs that can provide inspiration for your event.
What are the delivery costs?
Our delivery partners at Toll and DHL provide services Australia wide. The cost of your order to be shipped will be dependent on the final weight and your location within Australia.
Can we get full graphics print or is it just embroidery?
We offer both full graphics print with sublimation or screen printing methods for vibrant graphics, and embroidery for embossed logos or sponsors.
Can I have a sample product before purchasing?
Due to the custom and bespoke nature of our products we can’t guarantee that a sample can be made for you before ordering. However, we do provide a proofing service on your artwork prior to production which is included in the price.
We can supply fabric samples that can give an impression of texture and feel.
What is the durability and breathability of the apparel?
This can vary from garment to garment. We can provide more information and guides on the styles you would like when you get in contact with us.
What is the minimum order quantity?
This can vary for each product. Please get in touch with exactly what you would like and we can give you a bespoke quote.
Can we do a yearly or bi-annual reorder?
Yes, this is possible. Pricing may vary from the previous quote and a new one will need to be generated.
How easily can we alter a design before a reorder?
Alterations for reorder are very easy to make. Just get in touch with the design you want and any small changes to it, for example changing a logo slightly or changing the placement of text on a garment. There will be a design charge on top of reorders depending on the scope of the changes
Can we supply our own blank/white garments?
Unfortunately we don’t accept customer supplied garments due to the nature of our business. We can guarantee our garments meet or exceed your expectations.
What can be customised on the Pom Pom Beanie?
All Pom Pom beanies are made from high quality acrylic, which is the only thing that cannot be changed. We can create brand new patterns, add text into the knit, the pom pom itself can have up to 2 colours, an embroidered or leather stitched logo, and colour match to your branding.

Do you colour match clothing?
Absolutely. If you supply us with your branding guidelines or any colour guides for your brand, we can match your new garments to your brand.
Note that RGB and CMYK are two different processes. RGB is a digital colour format which will appear different on printed materials. We will do our best to match your colours no matter the format.
We have a range of colour swatches on various materials to accommodate colour, fabric texture, and vibrancy per textile.
What size are the beanies?
We stock both children sizes and adult sizes throughout our beanie range. This allows for a perfect fit for everyone, no matter their age. Our beanies are made to last, ensuring that you can wear them for many winters to come.
Anything Else?
We do a LOT, so like Macca’s we have a hidden menu of sorts, and we’re always on the hunt for new ideas. If you haven’t seen it advertised, or you have but can’t find it, don’t be alarmed!
